The thinning of ourselves begins when we decide to become more conscious by facing what is true and moving toward the difficult.  As we become less defended there is more access to interconnection and true caring.  We become less governed by self-concerns and more aligned with the heart. The two phases of this process include finding our true ground of sanity and releasing ourselves into the mystery of being. Each will be fully explored with dharma talks, guided meditations, dyads, Q & A, Chi Gong, and formal practice.

Please note that this at home retreat will begin at 9am Eastern Time on March 27th and end at 6:45pm Eastern Time on March 28th.
