Gisela Konrad

Gisela Konrad (she/her) has been leading meditation retreats for 25 years. She has completed two, three-month-long retreats at the Insight Meditation Society. She is certified as a yoga teacher by the American Viniyoga Institute under Gary Kraftsow. Her yoga teaching includes classic asana practice and chanting from the Yoga Sutra and the Vedas, but through her study with Richard Miller and Joan Ravinsky, her teaching has become deeply influenced by the nondual awareness teachings of Jean Klein and Kashmiri Shaivism.  She teaches yoga in Ithaca, NY.
